The Role: Senior People & Culture Advisor
We’re seeking a HR professional with 5+ years of generalist experience who is ready to take the next step in their career to a senior position on a 12 Month Maternity Contract.
You will be a key contributor within a small, close-knit People & Culture team — reporting to the People & Culture Manager and working alongside a People & Culture Advisor. This role offers a balance of strategic and operational HR work, giving you the chance to influence outcomes while staying connected to day-to-day people initiatives.
Your ability to manage competing priorities, build strong relationships, and quickly immerse yourself in the business will be essential to your success.
We have just rolled out Employment Hero and you will be a key part in helping to continue supporting the transition and training of the platform.
Experience to support Workers Compensations Claims and Return to Work is highly regarded.
This role has flexibility to work from home two days per week, onsite parking, monthly BBQs and discounted travel benefit across Australia and New Zealand.

Experience Required
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, and/or a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a Human Resources generalist role.
Proven experience across all facets of HR including industrial relations, employee relations, performance management, termination risks, National Employment Standards, and the Fair Work Act.
Experience analysing HR data and presenting reports that inform people strategy and operational decisions.
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated initiative, sound judgement, and a pragmatic problem-solving mindset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
