About The Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced coach captain / driver supervisor for our Darwin operations. The role entails: 

• Consistently ensuring the safety of you, your passengers, colleagues and your vehicle
• Supervising, assessing and reviewing Coach Captains. For example driving checks and other assessment procedures as required. 
• Addressing performance concerns with drivers where appropriate, including customer complaints. 
• Assist and support the Coach Captains & Operations Supervisor when needed.. 
• Assist in driving a range of coaches across various parts of Australia for scheduled services
• Position requires 70% on the road and 30% training

Licences/ Requirements:

Over the course of your duties, you will be expected to work on weekends and night shifts. In exchange we offer you an autonomous role, where you can have a direct impact on the success of our business. To be successful in this role you must have:

• A current HR drivers licence
• A current Drivers Authority / Endorsement 
• Demonstrable coach driving experience
• An outstanding safety focus, including a commitment to your own fitness for duty
• Experience delivering excellent customer service is a must!
